Super Wash Club Terms and Conditions
Automatic Billing & Payment Authorization
By enrolling, I authorize Shine Time to charge my credit card monthly. I waive any rights to withhold or delay payment. If payment cannot be processed, my membership will be deactivated.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, you may submit a request in person, by email at support@shinetimesuperwash.com, by phone at (256) 244-8080, or through the customer portal via www.shinetimesuperwash.com. Please allow at least 7 days before your next billing date. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused membership.
Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for notifying Shine Time of any changes to billing or contact information, including credit card, address, or email. A valid email must be on file to receive membership updates.
RFID Tag Ownership
RFID tags remain the property of Shine Time and must be returned upon request. Tampering with tags or misuse of the membership may result in immediate termination without refund.
Company Rights
Shine Time may modify or cancel the program at any time without notice. We reserve the right to close due to weather, holidays, maintenance, or special events. No refunds or credits will be issued during closures.

Membership includes unlimited washes.*
Electronic Communications Consent
By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications via email and text message at the contact information provided. These communications may include membership updates, service notifications, and promotional offers. You may opt out of these communications at any time by visiting any Shine Time location or emailing support@shinetimesuperwash.com.
Car Wash Disclaimer
Non-Covered Damage
Shine Time Super Wash is not responsible for damage to the following: rear windshield wipers, antennas, side mirrors, badging, emblems, wheel covers, center caps, moon-roofs, sun-roofs, bug-shields, loose parts, molding, body damage, scratches, non-factory installed items, and bike or luggage racks.
Additional Exclusions
We are not liable for collisions resulting from braking or driving while in the wash tunnel. Additionally, damages to vehicles over 5 years old may not be covered.
Customer Preparations Required
Before entering the car wash, customers must: turn off windshield wipers, remove or lower antennas, clear truck beds of debris, and close all tailgates securely.
