Super Wash Club Terms and Conditions

  • By enrolling in the Super Wash Club program, I agree that the credit card provided will be automatically charged monthly. I also agree that I waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges whether as described in my agreement with the issuer or otherwise. In the event Shine Time Super Wash is unable to process payment, I understand that my membership will be deactivated. 

  • In the event the customer wishes to cancel their Super Wash Club membership, requests can be submitted in person or by emailing us at support@shinetimesuperwash.com . Please allow a minimum of seven days prior to the next billing date for proper cancellation of membership. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months or non-use of the Super Wash Club membership. 

  • Super Wash Club members must contact Shine Time Super Wash to give notification when any contact or billing info changes, including but not limited to change of address, email, or credit card information. 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email email address on file with Shine Time Super Wash to receive any changes or updates to the Super Wash Club. 

  • Super Wash Club RFID tags remain the exclusive property of Shine Time Super Wash and must be surrendered upon request. In the event that the Super Wash Club RFID tag is tampered with or the membership is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, the membership will be terminated immediately and all monies forfeited. 

  • Shine Time Super Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the Super Wash Club as it deems necessary. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 

  • Shine Time Super Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, equipment failure, maintenance/repairs, and/or special events. Discounts and/or refunds are not provided. 

  • Unlimited washes.

Shine Time Super Wash Club and/or its affiliated companies ("we") may wish to contact you in order to provide you with certain communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, disclosures, exclusive information, and/or special offers ("communications") regarding your Membership or our other products or services. Providing your email address and telephone number, and accepting these terms and conditions confirms your ability and express consent to receive communications electronically, via email and/or text message using the contact information you have provided. Should you wish to stop communications via email and/or text message, please visit your local Shine Time Super Wash location and speak to the manager on duty, or email your request to support@shinetimesuperwash.com.

Car Wash Disclaimer

Shine Time does not accept responsibility for damages of the following car parts or conditions:

  • Rear Windshield Wipers

  • Antennas or Side Mirrors

  • Vehicle Badging or Emblems

  • Wheel Covers or Center Caps

  • Moon-roofs, Sun-roofs, or Bug-shields

  • Loose or Broken Parts on Vehicle

  • Vehicle Molding

  • Body Damage or Scratches

  • Any Non-Factory Installed Items

  • Bike and/or Luggage Racks

Shine Time does not accept responsibility in the event of the following:

  • Collisions Due to Braking or Driving in Car Wash Tunnel

  • Damages to Vehicles Over 5 Years Old

Please make sure wipers are off and antennas are removed or lowered. Please ensure that truck beds are free of objects and debris. If your truck has a tailgate, it must be closed.
